Reviews and Ratings <br />
I stayed at the hotel recently and found the pool area to be quite nice, with a big hot tub that added to the relaxation. While the room was smaller than I expected and felt a bit cramped due to bulky furniture, the cleanliness and overall maintenance were commendable. However, one significant downside was the loud noise from nearby rooms, which detracted from the experience. Overall, it’s a decent place for a quick trip, especially due to its convenient location for accessing the beach and nearby businesses.
This hotel has a charming location right in downtown Traverse City, making it easy to explore the area. While the rooms were decent and somewhat updated, there were issues with cleanliness and the bathrooms needing improvements. I found the dining experience lacking, especially with breakfast. Overall, it's not a bad place for a stay if you're curious about the local area, but it's not without its flaws.
While the hotel has a charming location and offers friendly service, it feels quite dated and could use significant updates. The lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness in the rooms was disappointing, especially given the high price we paid for our stay. The amenities, while decent, didn't fully meet expectations. Overall, it’s a mixed experience that might work for some, but I wouldn’t be rushing back anytime soon.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with a fantastic location that made accessing downtown a breeze. The cleanliness of the room really stood out, though it did feel a bit cramped. The friendly vibe from the staff made my experience enjoyable, but I did encounter minor issues, like the need for better upkeep in certain areas. Overall, it was a good stay, but improvements could elevate the experience even more.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The service from the staff was satisfactory, and the location couldn't be better for accessing local attractions. However, I encountered several issues with the room amenities like inconsistent water temperatures and some cleanliness oversight. Dining options seemed limited and didn’t live up to expectations, which was disappointing. Overall, while there were enjoyable aspects, the drawbacks made the experience less than ideal.
